Ever since the day her cutie mark appeared, Tempest has been under the watch of the Storm Queen's remnant (re: ghost). Most of the time, only Tempest can see her, but the Storm Queen can make herself visible to anyone while inside the stone circle in the woods behind Tempest's house. Her motives and goals regarding Tempest are unclear.
